An Open letter to Chetan Bhakt: Your Shameless, Flawed Defence of Modi's Fake Degree Betrays Your Prejudiced Fascist Mindset

I was enraged today after reading your article about the raging controversy surrounding the fake degree certificate of Narendra Modi. You did nothing other than cast aspersions on the characters of those who dared to raise such allegations. Not only that, you inanely hinted at the possible mafia links of one of the main leaders of the opposition party, with absolute no basis in fact, as a justification that we look the other way when it comes to Modi s fake degree certificates.

O bhakt, you have also deviously tried to obfuscate the issue by likening it to Obama's birth certificate controversy in the US. You very well know that these two issues are poles apart. It's like comparing apples with oranges. Obama's certificate did not have misspelt names, totaling and other clerical errors and non existent fonts, etc. Obama is not a serial offender like Modi who has often lied about his marital status and income even in official documents. Furthermore, Obama has not been accused of genocide (as Modi has been by M J Akbar, his own party spokesperson), of misusing government apparatus for surveillance on helpless ladies, of staging fake encounter killings, of misusing top intelligent and investigating agencies to settle political scores, etc.

Now that we established that you tried to derail the logic of our accusations against Modi by needlessly comparing it to the Birth Certificate Controversy of President Barack Obama, there is a lot more you have to answer for. How dare you overlook such insurmountable evidence given by us with a prejudiced eye? Doesn't Modi's marksheets and degree certificate contain spelling errors, additional name suffixes, non existent fonts, year confusions and other clerical errors like the absence of the roll number displayed on the final certificate?

But that's not all. Modi is probably the only 'special' student in that entire era whose marksheet was fully printed instead of containing handwritten details. And that too when computers was in its infancy! Even more startling is that Delhi University is yet to produce the records in support of Modi's claim despite RTI applications since 2013 and in violation of the CIC order instructing them to do so to Arvind Kejriwal. Every machinery of the government or its affiliates are being used to thwart the attempts of those brave souls who are digging for the truth.

But the web of lies spun by the government and its prejudiced, conniving supporters such as yourself will not stifle our attempts. We shall arrive at the truth, even if our dishonest Prime Minister has to step down from office and spend a few years in jail! May be he escaped the long arms of a blind judiciary when it came to the mass murders in Gujarat, but we sincerely hope that at last justice will be delivered to his countless victims, who have been woefully shortchanged by our inane legal system, conniving government and political institutions, prejudiced authors and celebrities, bribed witnesses who turned hostile and a fascist mindset. But we shall overcome these obstacles, and win - despite your biased, fascist efforts!
